Responsibilities
- Analyze and revamp existing workflow solutions to elevate functionality and stability.
- Create streamlined approval workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Enhance form usability and functionality with Power Apps.
- Improve system reliability and minimize workflow disruptions.
- Optimize approval processes and notification systems for enhanced visibility.
- Document best practices and recommendations for system maintenance.
Skills
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience in developing solutions with SharePoint Online.
- Ability to design multi-step approval workflows effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Power Platform solutions.
- Understanding of SharePoint's permissions and access controls.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in grant management and proposal routing systems.
- Proficiency in simplifying complex Power Automate flows.
- Skill in handling document attachments and dynamic form fields.
