We are looking for a proactive Security Engineer to steer our team through a crucial transition to a new case management system, facilitating smooth integration and enhancing operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the implementation of a new case management system, guiding the process from start to launch.
• Analyze and document existing business processes and workflows for effective system design.
• Configure and optimize workflows in the new system to strengthen incident management procedures.
• Formulate and implement a detailed data migration strategy to ensure seamless transition and minimal impact.
• Set up and maintain integrations with existing tools to support continuous operational workflows.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and guides to facilitate system use and upkeep.
• Lead training sessions and change management initiatives to drive system adoption and optimization.
• Provide continuous support post-implementation to ensure platform stability.

Skills

• Over five years of experience in enterprise workflow and case management platform implementations.
• Proven track record in deploying case management systems, particularly LogicGate.
• Solid understanding of system integration and data migration processes.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Expertise in translating requirements from diverse groups into actionable workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating operational workflows with Google SecOps.
• Background in security operations, risk management, compliance, or governance environments.
• Knowledge of role-based access controls and enterprise security protocols.
• Certifications related to LogicGate or methodologies for project delivery are a plus.
