We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated UI Designer to join our dynamic design systems team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system documentation site, ensuring a consistent design language across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Migrate, edit, and format written content for design system foundations and components across multiple platforms.
• Create visual assets and diagrams to illustrate design system elements and guidelines.
• Maintain and update the design system documentation site for accuracy and ease of navigation.
• Audit existing documentation for gaps and inconsistencies, resolving issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to ensure documentation aligns with current design standards.
• Organize and structure content to enhance usability and findability of the documentation site.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation templates and workflows.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design, visual design, content design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar modern design tools.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise design documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, or structured documentation.
• Familiarity with design token and component-based workflows.
• Experience designing for multiple surfaces (web, mobile, etc.).
• Comfort with front-end concepts such as HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
