A/V Technology Management

• Manage technical and audio/visual equipment at the UHG Innovation Centers
• Troubleshoot, manage resolution, and develop root cause analysis for technology issues
• Overall accountability for maintenance and repair of AV equipment and PCs
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, daily equipment checks and resolve any technology issues in a timely manner

• Maintain PCs used in centers to display content
• Open tickets with UHG IT to resolve issues as needed

• Technical execution of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, meetings and tours
• Collaborate with event stakeholders to ensure event success
• Provide polished, professional customer service
• Learn and rehearse presentation content to ensure smooth transitions and understand content functionality
• Deploy presentation content to endpoints and test prior to events/meetings

• 3+ years of audio/visual technology management experience
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS and Microsoft Suite
• Proficiency with Audio/Visual technologies
• Experience with current video conferencing technologies
• Understanding of network infrastructure, cloud services and presentation technologies
• Build and manage relationships across a large enterprise
• Solid analytical, problem-solving skills
• Experience interacting with C-Suite executives
