We are looking for a dynamic and structured HR Project Management Lead to drive progress across various HR workstreams. This role requires strong coordination capabilities and an execution-centric mindset to support high-profile initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to strategize, plan, and monitor key HR initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure consistent updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS efforts.
• Provide operational support for benefit plan advancements and onboarding non-payroll entities.
• Assist in creating effective change management strategies and materials.
• Facilitate smooth communication flow across HR and business stakeholders to maintain project momentum.

Skills

• Strong project management experience with proven ability to lead and manage tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRIS implementations and Total Rewards program support.
• Familiarity with change management practices like PROSCI and ADKAR.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
