Responsibilities
- Manage the installation and configuration of Oracle Golden Gate for data replication across various environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot replication processes to maintain data integrity and minimize latency.
- Collaborate with database teams to ensure consistent data availability through high-performance systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize data throughput and replication efficiency.
- Create and maintain automation scripts for enhanced monitoring and reporting.
Skills
- Proven expertise in Oracle Golden Gate architecture and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills for performance tuning and conflict resolution.
- Comprehensive understanding of Oracle environments, including RAC and Data Guard.
- Solid experience with Oracle 18c/19c database administration.
- Proficient in scripting for automation and task management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in DevOps or Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, contributing to project management.
