We're on the lookout for a Full Stack Engineer who is ready to dive into a dynamic environment, shaping innovative solutions for the retail and ecommerce landscapes. Join our team to lead the development of web and mobile applications focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of web and mobile applications ensuring exceptional user experience and performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to gather requirements and build integrated solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of best practices in coding and application design.
- Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance development efficiencies.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, crafting high-quality documentation.
- Implement modern technologies to boost application performance and scalability.
- Engage actively in change management via feedback sessions and demos.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in JavaScript (React), HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Expertise in developing within a CI/CD framework.
- Skilled in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scalable applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and capabilities.
- Experience in high-volume, high-availability environments such as retail or ecommerce.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Ability to create wireframes and mockups in collaboration with product owners.
