We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our digital product offerings. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of our digital portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the strategic vision for the digital product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners, fostering their growth and excellence through guidance and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market research.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and client management teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to launch and iteration.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management with a proven track record of successful product delivery.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, inspiring and motivating team members.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices in product management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare-related finance or bill pay is advantageous.
- Familiarity with writing functional requirements and collaborating with design leads.
- Knowledge of Jira and ability to navigate Figma effectively.
