We are seeking a skilled Sr. Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful projects within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to effectively load data into reporting structures.
• Adhere to development standards by utilizing reusable components and automation plans.
• Optimize and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure efficient data handling.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to validate processes and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with data modelers and DBAs for architecture optimization and performance tuning.
• Document operational procedures and maintain compliance with secure coding principles.
• Utilize Informatica Data Quality for data profiling and validation prior to transformation.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• 5+ years of proficiency in Oracle and PL/SQL, with strong coding and performance tuning abilities.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare data, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulatory security requirements.
• Experience with modern technologies such as Snowflake or AWS.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
