Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in product or program management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Proven experience in enhancing customer experiences and managing cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective influence at all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 6 - 8+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Familiarity with membership programs and customer growth strategies.
• Experience with SQL and data-driven decision-making processes.
