Join a dynamic team as an IT Site Lead & Systems Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our technology infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to grow your skills while supporting a collaborative environment focused on innovation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support within the office, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for various enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with IT team members on critical projects and initiatives to enhance infrastructure performance.
- Manage compliance and security for FedRAMP systems, working closely with the Identity and Access Management team.
- Document hardware and software inventories, assisting with asset management processes.
- Deliver premium technical assistance to senior leadership and executives, ensuring a high level of service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support ongoing training and development.
- Troubleshoot and assist with audio-visual systems and infrastructure management.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proficient in Windows, Android, and Apple ecosystems, including Macs and mobile devices.
- Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in using standard IT productivity tools and systems.
Preferred Skills
- Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA are advantageous.
- Experience with automation platforms like Okta Workflows or Zapier is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across various IT systems and applications.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
