Join a dynamic team as an Endpoint Engineer, where you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the organization's device ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Unified Endpoint Management, ensuring security and stability across all managed devices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex endpoint issues, providing expert support and troubleshooting.
- Architect and maintain environments for Apple devices using Jamf Pro, including configuration profiles and patch management.
- Lead the administration of Microsoft Intune for Windows and Android devices, applying security policies and application delivery.
- Manage the provisioning process using Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot to facilitate seamless deployments.
- Administer and optimize virtual desktop infrastructure, ensuring performance and connectivity within AWS environments.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and integrate system APIs, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Enforce endpoint security standards and collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Endpoint Engineering or MDM-focused roles.
- Proficiency in managing macOS and iOS devices at scale using Jamf Pro.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager for Windows environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon WorkSpaces administration.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and PowerShell.
- Understanding of identity management systems like Okta or Azure AD.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Jamf 200/300, Microsoft MD-102, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- Experience managing Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
