Join our team as an Operations Training Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic group of trainers and transform our training capabilities into a consultative learning approach within our operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately seven trainers, providing guidance and stability in light of recent changes.
- Develop and implement training strategies aligned with operational transformation for contact center and operations teams.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of both instructor-led and digital learning modules, ensuring they're effective and engaging.
- Empower trainers to transition from script reliance to strategic training partnerships, fostering a collaborative approach to program and material development.
- Support the adoption of new processes and systems across large-scale operational initiatives, enhancing the capability of the training function.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in leading training teams and providing strategic direction.
- Experience in developing and aligning training programs with organizational operational goals.
- Strong capability in instructional design, with the ability to support various learning formats.
- Proven track record of enhancing trainer skills and promoting consultative roles within teams.
Preferred Skills
- Background in operational transformation, with a focus on training systems and implementations.
- Experience in change enablement roles or similar transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with contact center operations or HR training programs.
