JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Drive the complete development and execution of event content for specialized topic groups.
  • Coordinate with product marketing and other teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Present program statuses and identify potential challenges to senior leadership.
  • Optimize project timelines, indicating precise milestones and deliverables.
  • Initiate improvements in program methodologies and analyze post-event data for insights.

Skills

  • Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects within stringent deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for elucidating complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in tools like M365, AirTable, RainFocus, Cvent, and Asana.
  • Robust analytical skills in utilizing data effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in events program management or experiential marketing is advantageous.
  • Holding certifications such as CMP, PMP, PgMP, Prince2, is beneficial.
