Join our dynamic team as a Senior Change Management Leader, where you'll drive enterprise change adoption and collaborate with program leaders on transformational initiatives. This role combines strategic execution with capability building and promises potential growth into a broader change management practice.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with program managers on major transformation projects to ensure successful integration of change management practices.
- Provide strategic guidance for stakeholder engagement and change readiness throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement scalable change frameworks and toolkits for widespread adoption.
- Upskill internal teams to effectively manage change activities and foster a self-service approach.
- Support both technology and process change initiatives to drive operational transformation.
Skills
- Proven leadership in enterprise change management with a focus on large programs.
- Expertise in stakeholder strategy and developing adoption plans.
- Strong ability to create scalable change management frameworks.
Preferred Skills
- Prosci or formal change management certification.
- Experience in operational transformation initiatives and building change management practices from the ground up.
