JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Desktop/Tech Support professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional technical support while working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding support to staff and sales associates by managing end-user technologies within a local network environment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktop and laptop computers, as well as mobile devices.
  • Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing equipment and software.
  • Resolve LAN, server, and connectivity issues, utilizing ticketing and hardware asset management systems.
  • Re-image computers and perform data migrations and restorations as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and successful project execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhance user experience through participation in meetings and team collaborations.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical issues in a user-friendly manner.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with mobile device configuration and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to different personalities and technical skill levels.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow and Ivanti support systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and emerging AI technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets while meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Prior experience working in a large organizational environment is a plus.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
