Join our dynamic Fin Tech product management team as a Principal Product Manager, where you will lead Accounts Payable and Suppliers domains to drive synergy in financial systems and enhance operational processes in Austin.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into actionable business requirements or product backlog across multiple technical domains.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on complex processes.
• Develop and execute a product roadmap that supports business objectives and application strategies over the long term.
• Participate and contribute actively in Product Increment Planning sessions to enhance product planning methods.
• Monitor and assess industry trends, user satisfaction, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct and analyze user testing, surveys, and interviews to drive insightful product enhancements.

Skills

• Expertise in Workday Financial and Accounting modules, including Accounts Payable and Supplier management.
• Proficiency in software design tools, development methodologies, and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong understanding of technical and integration architecture patterns, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Advanced capabilities in application deployment, testing, and support processes.
• Excellent skills in managing requirements or backlogs, and in product analytics and metrics interpretation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with platforms like PeopleSoft, Coupa, and Concur, among others.
• Knowledge of using tagging approaches for product analytics and designing user tests.
• Able to synthesize customer feedback and integrate it into product development.
