Join an exciting team as a Project Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in delivering telecom solutions while ensuring smooth project execution and communication.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to guarantee project readiness and timely deployments.
- Facilitate communication with team members and leadership about project progress.
- Organize and oversee site visits, ensuring all preparation steps are completed.
- Evaluate vendor quotes to confirm budget compatibility and monitor project timelines and issues.
- Work alongside the Deployment Support team to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Monitor and confirm expenses against the established budget.
Skills
- Proven experience in telecom provisioning and delivery processes.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities tailored for efficient multitasking.
- Competence in project management software and tools.
- Solid understanding of networking and telecom infrastructure components.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and other relevant project management applications.
- Background in supporting extensive telecom or circuit rollout projects.
- Problem-solving proficiency with the ability to handle emerging issues effectively.
- Aptitude for working collaboratively in a team-centric environment.
