We are seeking a dynamic Training Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering engaging training programs that meet organizational needs and foster employee development.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions in diverse settings, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience.
- Design and implement learning interventions tailored to specific business objectives.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop corresponding courses.
- Utilize knowledge of human learning concepts to enhance training effectiveness.
- Prepare and present materials to groups of up to 30 participants, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in designing training programs and interventions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit varying learning styles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in adult education or instructional design.
- Familiarity with training evaluation methodologies.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in a corporate training environment.
