Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions in diverse settings, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience.
• Design and implement learning interventions tailored to specific business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop corresponding courses.
• Utilize knowledge of human learning concepts to enhance training effectiveness.
• Prepare and present materials to groups of up to 30 participants, promoting an inclusive learning environment.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in designing training programs and interventions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit varying learning styles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in adult education or instructional design.
• Familiarity with training evaluation methodologies.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in a corporate training environment.
