Seize the opportunity to lead as a Lead Software Engineer and drive the technical vision for an innovative health action platform. Your expertise will ensure scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with cutting-edge architectural principles.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the blueprint for a high-availability, event-driven system using Java and asynchronous messaging.
- Lead the implementation and refinement of Domain-Driven Design strategies for clean and decoupled codebase management.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor a team of high-performing engineers.
- Optimize database interactions and system throughput for real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
Skills
- Proven expertise in Java with extensive experience in the Spring ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing architectural patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and Flink for resilient distributed systems.
- Strong experience in relational database optimization and data integrity.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD in cloud environments.
