We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to join our team and lead key initiatives within our organization. If you're passionate about program management and have a strong background in operations, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the successful completion of projects and programs, ensuring they meet strategic goals.
- Manage vendor performance, including recovery rates and turnaround times, to optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare performance reports and conduct analyses to provide insights to senior management.
- Act as a liaison between technology teams and operations, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
- Drive transportation strategies to enhance inventory velocity and reduce logistics costs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to achieve project objectives.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in program management and operations.
- Proficiency in project planning and execution, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce and supply chain optimization.
- Familiarity with conducting business reviews and performance assessments.
- Previous experience working with Amazon or in a similar environment.
