Responsibilities

• Manage vendor performance, including recovery rates and turnaround times, to optimize operational efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports and conduct analyses to provide insights to senior management.
• Act as a liaison between technology teams and operations, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
• Drive transportation strategies to enhance inventory velocity and reduce logistics costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to achieve project objectives.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in program management and operations.
• Proficiency in project planning and execution, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce and supply chain optimization.
• Familiarity with conducting business reviews and performance assessments.
• Previous experience working with Amazon or in a similar environment.
