Skills

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with construction administration and strategic decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with design software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Educational background in engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, or architectural) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
