Join a dynamic team as a hands-on IT Portfolio Manager where you'll oversee technology programs, drive strategic alignment, and manage budgets to enhance organizational growth. This remote, four-month contract position is ideal for those with experience in portfolio management in a technology setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a portfolio management framework that supports the organization's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with the Client Success Director and stakeholders to prioritize and manage technology projects and programs.
• Conduct routine planning sessions with business stakeholders to align project schedules and priorities.
• Monitor the progress of portfolio projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate communication and manage relationships with key project stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring effective and efficient resource allocation to meet portfolio demands.

Skills

• Proven experience in technology-focused portfolio management with at least five years of recent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow SPM, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams while prioritizing and delegating tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI and prompt engineering.
• Strong background in project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, finance, or a related field.
