Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify business challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Craft persuasive business cases to outline the necessity and advantages of proposed solutions.
• Convert business requirements into actionable tasks for the project team.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to refine solutions and create impactful user stories.
• Ensure compliance with requirements throughout project developments and address discrepancies promptly.
• Work with testing teams to confirm readiness for implementation and adapt solutions to enhance user experience.

Skills

• Expertise in using Jira for managing project workflows and tasks.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with an analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent experience.
• An MBA or similar advanced degree in a related field.
• Background in technical projects or experience in project management.
