We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality audio-visual support and ensure seamless operation of conferencing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable operational support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to audio-visual systems and devices.
• Manage and respond to A/V incidents through the corporate ITSM.
• Package and deploy software for Zoom clients across multiple platforms.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure the readiness of equipment.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of A/V systems and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated A/V deployments.

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate A/V or technical support.
• Hands-on expertise with conferencing technologies and control systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/macOS applications.
• Strong understanding of A/V signal flow and IP networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with broadcast technologies and advanced production tools.
• Familiarity with automation or scripting languages.
• Ability to run PowerShell commands and manage endpoint tools.
