Responsibilities

• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of tasks.
• Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers during planning and delivery phases.
• Support product discovery sessions and gather insights from various stakeholders.
• Track project progress and proactively address any risks or blockers that arise.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in backlog management using tools like Rally, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable tasks for development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development practices.
• Experience working with technical teams in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to mentor and coach others in writing quality user stories and organizing backlogs.
