JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Corporate Recruiter - Associate to join our dynamic recruiting team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a variety of recruiting needs while engaging with candidates and enhancing their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to communicate opportunities effectively.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems as needed.
  • Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews and managing candidate flow.
  • Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Prepare materials for career fairs and recruiting events while managing inventory of marketing materials.
  • Support cross-functional teams and initiatives as necessary to enhance recruitment processes.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in sourcing talent, recruiting, or coordination.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with hands-on work and shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Experience in early careers or functional recruiting.
  • Proficiency in preparing materials for events and managing logistics.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
