We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic web retail design team. This role offers the opportunity to create engaging designs in a fast-paced environment while working primarily remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, web-ready graphics based on established style guides.
• Optimize digital images for efficient online use and develop effective graphic templates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain workflow and project tracking.

Skills

• 2-4+ years of experience in a web production environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Photoshop or Figma for image production touch-ups.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and web retail experience.
• Knowledge of ImageMagick is a plus, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
