Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize digital capabilities and experiences.
• Maintain cross-departmental communication concerning product prioritization and performance metrics.
• Facilitate effective product strategy execution by working closely with UX Design teams and delivery managers.
• Conduct data analysis and customer research to identify problems and develop relevant solutions.
• Design and manage experience roadmaps aligned with business goals, advocating customer-centric digital experiences.
• Present strategies and insights to peers and leadership to foster collaborative conversations.
• Manage a consistent set of product artifacts, evolving them alongside business growth.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on digital product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and effective product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to persuasively present ideas.
• Proficient in financial and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services sector or direct-to-consumer industries is advantageous.
• Familiarity with customer experience design and user research methodologies enhances candidacy.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for effective presentation of ideas and strategies.
