Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing resilience documentation and facilitate discovery sessions to validate essential business services and their dependencies.
• Document critical business impacts from service losses, emphasizing mitigation strategies and alternative procedures for plausible disruption scenarios.
• Create decision-ready deliverables like inventory prioritizations and impact summaries using platforms such as FusionRM and PowerBI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational response initiatives and support leadership decision-making.

Skills

• Extensive experience in business analysis with a focus on operational resilience.
• Proven capability in documenting business services and their dependencies, including facility and third-party relations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and communicate impacts and strategies effectively.
• Ability to generate clear, data-driven insights for leadership and support decision-making processes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with operational resilience platforms like FusionRM for enhanced analysis and reporting.
• Prior experience in crafting strategies and workarounds for complex disruption scenarios.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is beneficial.
