Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive full-stack solutions, covering services, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Lead significant features, efficiently breaking down tasks to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering experts to refine requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Support system and platform transitions, including service refactoring and post-migration validation.
- Craft responsive, accessible user interfaces that uphold user experience standards.
- Diagnose complex issues and apply lasting fixes to production systems.
- Enhance CI/CD practices while promoting automation and code quality improvements.
- Offer technical support to team members and facilitate obstacle resolution.
Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin, with a preference for Spring Boot framework.
- Advanced Python capabilities for automation and service development.
- Solid experience in crafting microservices and REST APIs.
- Comprehensive understanding of UX best practices and performance enhancements.
- Acquaintance with cloud services including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of GitHub for collaborative source control and code review processes.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with migrations of applications or clouds.
- Insight into design systems and component libraries such as Storybook.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures like Kafka and Pub/Sub.
- Practical experience with modern web technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Exposed to large enterprise environments, particularly in the retail or e-commerce sectors.
