Responsibilities
- Lead projects from start to finish, acting as the main link between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Create and manage project timelines and milestones using tools like Microsoft Project or Excel with precision.
- Ensure all resources are coordinated effectively to meet project goals.
- Identify risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Facilitate user training and organize implementation meetings for flawless execution.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of project management experience, with a strong grasp of process development and execution.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Project and managing cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities seamlessly in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Finance or Brokerage industry is a significant advantage.
- PMP certification is a valuable asset.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet or familiarity with system development methodologies is beneficial.
