Join a dynamic team as a Program Manager specializing in Cybersecurity, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting critical incident response operations. Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support and guidance to the Cybersecurity Incident Response team, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication.
- Coordinate daily standups, incident reviews, and meetings to ensure alignment and clarity within the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support investigations and remediation efforts.
- Implement and optimize detection and alerting capabilities in partnership with relevant teams.
- Assist in maintaining on-call coverage and operational readiness, ensuring seamless handoffs across shifts.
- Drive process improvements by updating playbooks and refining operational workflows.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and operational planning.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the incident response function.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating cybersecurity incident response within an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and incident management practices.
- Proficiency in managing alerting and monitoring processes using advanced tools.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical teams and stakeholders in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational and program management abilities to handle competing priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with endpoint detection and response technologies and familiarity with industry frameworks.
- Knowledge of privacy-related incident response activities and collaboration with privacy teams.
- Ability to guide and influence team members without direct management experience.
- Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow and Splunk for effective incident management.
