Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of roofing projects, from activation to closure, ensuring timely completion and documentation accuracy.
• Track and update project milestones across various management systems, ensuring data remains current and precise.
• Facilitate and manage work orders in dedicated software to support project initiations and ongoing activities.
• Coordinate communication and meetings to keep all stakeholders informed about project updates and progress.
• Support project data maintenance and access control within various management tools, ensuring seamless information flow.

• Excellent organizational ability to handle multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office for effective task execution.
