Skills

• Proven experience in project management with a strong track record of managing detailed task plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and project leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make objective decisions.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate ambiguous situations with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
• Proficiency in coaching and mentoring team members to achieve project goals.
