Join our team as a Sr Systems/Business Analyst where you'll drive operational technology initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bring your expertise to manage critical systems projects while supporting modernization efforts and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and detail functional and non-functional requirements for complex operational projects.
- Work alongside project managers and technical teams to align system designs with business needs.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops for clear project execution.
- Support project governance and documentation throughout the project life cycle.
- Track project tasks and updates using tools like Jira and Excel.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective test cases.
Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis in large enterprise settings.
- Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Exceptional coordination and communication skills in matrixed organizations.
- Experience with Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Strong competency in using tools like Jira, Excel, and other documentation resources.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in operations or infrastructure-related systems such as gas or renewable energy platforms.
- Background in regulated industries, particularly utilities or energy sectors.
- Skilled in collaborating with QA teams for system requirements validation.
