Responsibilities

• Discover opportunities for testing and refinement to continuously upgrade site performance.

Skills

• Minimum of four years of experience in e-commerce, particularly in site merchandising or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and performance metrics to steer actionable decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments and navigate uncertainties.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital marketing strategies and familiarity with related tools.
• A good understanding of e-commerce platforms and web analytics methods.
