Join our team to support regulatory operations with essential licensing responsibilities across various U.S. states.
Responsibilities
- Compile and organize detailed data on facilities and representatives.
- Prepare and complete state applications, ensuring all necessary signatures and notarizations are acquired.
- Coordinate with the accounting department for check requests and financial management.
- Submit applications electronically and address any queries from state entities.
- Manage document libraries and maintain up-to-date progress trackers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in various cross-functional meetings.
Skills
- Associate’s degree or higher with experience in handling complex documentation.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and electronic systems.
- Proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with U.S. State license applications, especially in the drug or medical device sectors.
- Public Notary certification.
- Experience as a paralegal/legal assistant.
