We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead research investment initiatives within a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with external partners, including universities, to drive impactful research projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for research investment programs in collaboration with external partners.
• Establish processes and guidelines to unify research efforts across multiple teams.
• Conduct regular reviews with senior scientists and leadership to monitor progress and align research investments with business goals.
• Manage research collaboration pipelines and coordinate publication efforts.
• Facilitate cross-organizational discussions on program direction and priorities.
• Prepare comprehensive business reviews and status updates for senior leadership.

Skills

• PhD in a relevant field with experience working in a university setting.
• Strong background in research and publication management.
• Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive program improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
