We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead research investment initiatives within a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with external partners, including universities, to drive impactful research projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for research investment programs in collaboration with external partners.
- Establish processes and guidelines to unify research efforts across multiple teams.
- Conduct regular reviews with senior scientists and leadership to monitor progress and align research investments with business goals.
- Manage research collaboration pipelines and coordinate publication efforts.
- Facilitate cross-organizational discussions on program direction and priorities.
- Prepare comprehensive business reviews and status updates for senior leadership.
Skills
- PhD in a relevant field with experience working in a university setting.
- Strong background in research and publication management.
- Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive program improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in research partnership management and university relations.
- Familiarity with executive-level communication and engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills across functional areas and external stakeholders.
