We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change efforts for a strategic IT transformation program. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring effective management of change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and analyze potential risks associated with change initiatives and prepare mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, business leads, and HR to align change initiatives with overall project goals.
• Design and deliver tailored communication and training materials for various audiences to ensure understanding and support.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust plans as necessary to promote long-term success.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in change management within IT environments.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies, such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise IT implementations, such as ERP, CRM, or cloud migration.
