We are seeking a dynamic Project/Program Manager to lead innovative projects in semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations. Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for emissions reduction in semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, including ROI analysis and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and structure innovation projects with clear milestones and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with semiconductor suppliers and technology providers.
• Document project methodologies, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management or operations within semiconductor manufacturing or supply chain.
• Proven expertise in managing complex innovation projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sustainability and decarbonization within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Sustainability, or Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with innovation frameworks such as Agile or Design Thinking.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and emissions sources.
