We are seeking a dynamic Project/Program Manager to lead innovative projects in semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant emissions reductions while supporting climate commitments in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for emissions reduction in semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, including ROI analysis and implementation roadmaps.
- Design and structure innovation projects with clear milestones and governance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with semiconductor suppliers and technology providers.
- Document project methodologies, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in project management or operations within semiconductor manufacturing or supply chain.
- Proven expertise in managing complex innovation projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sustainability and decarbonization within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Sustainability, or Supply Chain Management.
- Familiarity with innovation frameworks such as Agile or Design Thinking.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and emissions sources.
