Responsibilities
- Design and implement cohesive experience architectures that enhance user interaction across multiple digital and physical touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers, to transform requirements into practical design solutions.
- Utilize various human-centered design methods like personas and interactive prototypes to articulate design choices effectively.
- Improve design decisions by reviewing peers' work to ensure accuracy and enhancement of user experience patterns.
Skills
- Proven experience in user experience design and architecture with a strong ability to use tools like Figma.
- Expertise in creating robust components and systemic design solutions.
- Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and iterative design thinking.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in optimizing user experiences to increase usability and accessibility.
- Familiarity with balancing technical and business constraints in the design process.
- Deep understanding of user experience patterns and their successful implementation.
