Join a dynamic team to pioneer an innovative AI-centric strategy within an agile and collaborative environment. We're seeking a dedicated problem-solver with a passion for technology to lead the development and scaling of intelligent solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design and implementation of AI solutions utilizing Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Develop and deploy intelligent assistants integrated with Azure services and enterprise systems.
- Establish comprehensive governance and security models for Power Platform.
- Create scalable frameworks for permission management and system connectors.
- Collaborate with data scientists to enhance model accuracy and agent effectiveness.
- Shape long-term platform strategies while delivering hands-on solutions.
- Implement preventative measures against development sprawl, ensuring structured growth.
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Solid experience in designing and deploying AI-powered solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Azure service integrations and enterprise data platforms.
- Ability to implement governance strategies for Power Platform environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in prompt engineering and AI solution design.
- An engineering mindset combining architectural thinking with hands-on capabilities.
- Comfortable navigating emerging AI-driven environments prioritizing speed and structure.
