We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on cloud cost management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and ongoing support of cloud cost management software.
- Facilitate onboarding for new users.
- Create widgets, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and user manuals.
- Ensure data consistency through thorough comparisons between datasets.
- Create dynamic presentations and reports as needed.
Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field and 10 years of experience.
- A solid foundation in cloud computing concepts and terminology.
- Basic knowledge of FinOps (i.e. cloud cost management) principles.
- Proficiency in developing sophisticated data visualizations and pivot tables using Excel/Power BI.
- Solid understanding and application of Business Intelligence tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, & Looker.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze datasets.
- Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration within technical teams.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarly with AWS cloud computing services.
• Experience with tools like IBM Cloudability or similar tools.
