JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on marketing for global events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects and collaborate with a fast-paced team in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to upper management regarding project status and outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication across teams for ad hoc projects.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and resources effectively.
  • Engage in data analysis to support project objectives and decision-making processes.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within marketing or event coordination.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software, especially Airtable.
  • Ability to analyze data at a high level to inform project strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing large-scale programs with significant audience engagement.
  • Background in content management or development.
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
