Responsibilities

• Lead Program Increment planning and execution, while partnering with product managers for strategic program increment planning.
• Ensure teams maintain focus on feature delivery and achieving program goals, driving relentless improvement across the Agile Release Train.
• Provide coaching to Scrum Masters and act as an Agile ambassador for multiple teams, while effectively communicating with leadership.
• Coordinate meetings to ensure objectives align with timelines, fostering collaborative environments conducive to success.

Skills

• Proven experience with Agile, SAFe, and Release Train Engineer practices paired with a strong command of project management methodologies.
• Proficient use of Jira for project tracking and management.
• Ability to blend traditional and agile project management principles, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills necessary to facilitate large, cross-functional projects.

Preferred Skills

• Having an RTE Certification is highly desirable and will distinguish candidates.
• Experience with Program Increment planning within a scaled Agile environment will be advantageous.
• Background in a project coordination role, with demonstrated competencies, is beneficial.
