We are looking for a creative Content Strategist to lead in shaping immersive AI-driven virtual assistant experiences. Responsibilities
- Design and craft engaging content for AI-powered virtual assistants to enhance user experiences.
- Develop conversational flows that prioritize guided, action-oriented interactions.
- Conduct research to understand user needs, intents, and emotional contexts.
- Create and maintain hundreds of conversation scripts tailored to complex scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with teams focusing on AI, UX, and platform development.
- Enhance user journey by evolving transactional interactions into supportive experiences.
- Regularly refine content through data analysis and user feedback.
Skills
- Proven ability in content strategy and digital product copywriting.
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI design and virtual assistants.
- Understanding of AI systems and their interaction with content.
- Adept at tailoring tone and nuance to match different conversational scenarios.
- Experience in leading discovery and requirements-gathering initiatives.
- Ability to scale content effectively across diverse complex scenarios while maintaining consistency.
Preferred Skills
- Background in contact center or customer support environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and AWS solutions.
- Experience in UX writing, service design, or human-centered design.
- Proficiency in operationalizing AI or automation content on a large scale.
