We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager specializing in Mechanical Design to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead MEP projects and drive innovation in design and construction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple MEP projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance on MEP systems and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct quality control processes and site inspections to uphold high standards.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
- Monitor project budgets and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Autodesk Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

- Advanced technical knowledge in MEP systems and engineering project management.

- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools and energy modeling programs.
