Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of software applications within a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure coding standards are met while actively engaging in debugging and troubleshooting processes.
- Promote effective communication regarding project status, risks, and timelines.
- Collaborate and contribute to team initiatives and improvements.
Skills
- Proficiency in object-oriented design and development.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving expertise and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well individually and as a part of a team.
- Self-starting attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Knowledge of ASP.NET and NET Core.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and ORM frameworks.
- Understanding of micro-service architecture with WCF, REST/SOAP.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Accustomed to ticket-tracking systems such as JIRA.
