Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize key customer objectives when interacting with our health platform.
- Craft a robust, research-supported JTBD framework that aligns with healthcare needs.
- Align customer objectives with the organization's strategic goals and growth directions.
- Translate insights into clear architectural strategies and implications.
- Conduct thorough review and synthesis of existing research and customer data.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment and collaboration.
- Deliver executive-level recommendations accompanied by architectural guidance.
Skills
- Expertise in applying JTBD or outcome-focused strategy frameworks.
- Proficiency in translating research into actionable insights and architectural guidance.
- Strong facilitation skills and capability in executive-level storytelling.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare or complex regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives.
